Title: Lemonbar Cookies

CRUST
1/2lbButter; softened
1/2cPowdered sugar
1dsSalt
2cFlour
TOPPING
4 Eggs; beaten to blend
2cSugar
1/2cFlour
6tbLemon juice

Mix together crust ingredients and press into a 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and cool.

Combine remaining sugar and flour and add to beaten eggs and lemon juice. Pour over crust, bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Sprinkle additional powdered sugar over top if desired. Cut into squares.
